Draft for review. This text is a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to receive payouts through Stripe in your country. Stripe will verify your identity before your first payout.

What you agree to

• Play the game yourself, in the browser on Proving Ground, for at least the required time.
• Write an honest report based on your own experience. Negative feedback is welcome and paid the same.
• Don't share builds, keys or confidential information from a playtest outside Proving Ground.
• Don't use AI tools, scripts or other people to write reports or fake playtime.

Getting paid

You're paid the flat fee shown on the playtest once your report is accepted by the developer, or automatically after 72 hours. Developers can ask our team to review a report only for low effort; our team's decision is final. Repeated rejected reports can lower your level or end your tester access.

Taxes

You're an independent participant, not an employee. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Stripe may collect tax information and issue tax forms where required.
